I’ve been talking a lot about diets and diet pills. I’ve met some people who claim they really work and others who say they don’t. I hate spending money, but I need some help with this diet thing. My husband laughs, but when I get hungry, I get really dizzy, so it is hard for me to cut back too much. The other day I heard someone talking about some extreme fat burner and while I am not sure what that is, it sure sounds like what I need.

While I can't speak to other types of diet pills, I've had decent success with healthy trim diet pills. What I would first recommend, though, is simple diet and exercise. You may already be involved in a regular exercise routine; if so, great. Sugar is a huge saboteur of our diets these days also. Eliminating sugars, or reducing drastically, can really help out your diet. Best of luck, and don't be discouraged or give-up. The models on TV and magazines are often airbrushed and unrealistic. I've fallen into a trap before of attempting to look like something I'm not. It's unhealthy, but easy to get jaded thoughts in your head when shown images of "perfect bodies" all the time.
