If you haven't done it yet, you need to visit globaltowne dot com. They have everything you need to go tankless at your house. It's actually very cool. My husband is dying to go tankless. We've never really had any problems with water heaters at our home, but he says it will save a lot of money by only heating the water as it is used. I guess that makes sense. My big concern is whether you can do more than one thing at a time when using a tankless water heater. My husband sent me to the globaltowne website to read about how some of them are capable of heating water for two or three showers simultaneously. I guess that will work.

Tankless Water Heaters, also called Instantaneous or Demand Water Heaters, provide hot water only as it is needed. Traditional storage water heaters produce standby energy losses that cost you money. We do not leave our homes heated while vacationing. We only heat our homes when there is a demand for heat. In the same way, a Tankless Water Heater is used only when there is a demand for hot water.
