INT. LINDA'S KITCHEN - EARLY EVENING Linda and her friend, LITTLE LINDA, so named because she is so short, are sitting sipping some tea. Linda glanced at the clock on the wall. LINDA Feeding time...wanna go with me? LITTLE LINDA Sure...I could use some fresh air. The two women exit the kitchen. EXT. LINDA'S HOUSE - EARLY EVENING The two women get in Linda's car and drive down the lane. EXT. FIELD - EARLY EVENING The two women get out of the car and suddenly hear the high pitched sound of a pony screaming. The two run in a blind panic through the field in the direction of the sound. Breathless, they reach Prisey. The two women's faces reflect shock. LINDA Oh, God, no! Both women run up to Prisey and are stroking him in a comforting way, while panic is written all over their faces. The action goes into SLOW MOTION. Prisey is hanging from a tree. He is suspended from the tree by a headcollar rope tied in a noose around his neck. He eyes are bulging out of their sockets with the white's of them flashing. Linda positions herself under the pony, trying to support Prisey's body. The pony is flailing about striking Linda with the steel shoes as she tries to get into a good position, between Prisey's legs. One of Prisey's front legs strikes Little Linda on the top half of her legs and she falls to the ground. The action returns to normal speed. Little Linda screams as she hits the ground. Little Linda manages to keep his legs away from her as she gets back to her feet. She positions herself so that she can reach the noose. She tries to loosen it while Linda continues to struggle trying to support Prisey. LITTLE LINDA It's too tight! Little Linda joins Linda just trying to support the pony.
