Well, I've been playing this weight loss game for so many years its not funny. I've tried every diet, every exercise machine and every natural weight loss product available. Several years ago a few of my friends went in for gastric bypass surgery. While all of them are quite thin still (so its obvious this works), all of them have also been through hell and back dealing with side effects such as blockages, etc. It scared me, so I never went for this option. Not too long after that people started talking about the Lap-Band. I decided to wait and see what kind of negative media coverage this option got after a few years. Well, by God, the coverage is actually pretty positive. Now this may be an option I would consider. I've begun my research to see if this could work for me. During the course of this research I've found that getting gastric banding is the least invasive type of surgery, quick recovery, its adjustable and it can be reversed. There are a lot of sites out there but one I found is called Journey Lite and they have links to surgical centers that do this surgery. Check them out.
